Scrambled eggs with diced turkey ham

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup diced turkey ham
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 slice of toasted bread

Preparation

  1. Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk together with the milk, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan over medium-high heat and add the diced turkey ham. Fry until lightly browned.
  3. Add the egg mixture to the pan and stir gently until the egg is almost completely set.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat and keep stirring until the egg is completely set and creamy.
  5. Place the slice of toasted bread on a plate and spoon the scrambled eggs with turkey ham cubes on top.
